I am currently a second-year undergraduate student majoring in Biomedical Sciences. Receiving this scholarship would greatly lighten my financial burden, as I live alone in off-campus housing and am responsible for covering my own utility bills and daily living expenses. Getting financial support through this scholarship would reduce the stress of gathering funds for the conference which as a result, would allow me to dedicate more time and energy to preparing for the conference and making the most of the experience.
