• Helping set up poster stands and poster boards (Friday)
• Helping take down poster stand and poster boards (Sunday)
• Helping set up meeting rooms (projectors and screens)
• Helping take down meeting rooms
• Registration Desk Duties during 2-hour shifts between Friday and Sunday

I am a first-year graduate student at the University of Florida interested in presenting a poster at the FAME 2026. Since, this is going to be my first experience at a conference internationally I want to be actively engaged while also progress myself scientifically and in terms of my research. Overall, this conference will help me build meaningful professional connections by allowing me to present my work. Securing this scholarship would greatly reduce the financial burden of attending the conference with an opportunity to volunteer and contribute to a successful organization of the meeting.
